Amazing great quality food that was worth every penny. Taste was so good that I will definitely make another trip. I had shawarma and chicken over rice, both were top notch. Owner is super nice and gave me an extra sauce.

Nice hidden gem in Champaign. Tariq and Mohammed were extra hospital and the food was excellent. We ordered the mixed meat platter and the chicken shawarma and both were amazing! Highly recommend paying this food truck a visit!

The chicken shawarma at Izalco Grill is absolutely delicious. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor, and everything tastes fresh. You can really tell care goes into the preparation. One of the best shawarmas I’ve had—highly recommend giving it a try!

This place is a local gem! Their halal style rice bowls with salad are made fresh on the grill and are hands town the best in town (maybe even the whole state). The owner is from NYC and is very sweet and personable. I would highly recommend this place if you're in Champaign.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite (cheeseburger meal) for lunch while my bike was getting tuned up. The man who served me was very friendly and double-checked with me to ensure my requests were correct. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Will definitely consider getting again.

Another awesome food truck in Champaign-Urbana. Delicious Mediterranean cuisine, but you can also get a burger or Italian beef sandwich. We opted for Mediterranean and really enjoyed our dinner tonight. The chef/owner was super friendly and personable, and made perfect recommendations. We are glad we stopped by, and will probably be back weekly or more.

Wildly good food and amazing value. I went there after work for a shawarma wrap and i couldnt put it down once i started eating. The sauce was beautifully spiced and i have to assume it was homemade because it was way too good for me to believe it was store bought. Seriously if yall are in the area give Izalco a shot. My wrap was only like 8 dollars after tax and it was more food, higher quality, and tasted WAY better then anything ive ever gotten for that price point.
